This is a permanent role with a valued client of Ardon Technology Services Pvt Ltd Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions across domains such as lending, payments, and customer analytics . This role involves working with large, complex datasets , solving high-impact business problems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models in production environments.
- Work with structured and unstructured data (tabular, text, and image data) to extract insights and build predictive solutions.
- Collaborate with Product,
Engineering, and Business teams to define requirements and translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, promoting best practices in model development and deployment.
Required Expertise
- Experience: 4+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
- Programming: Strong Python skills; experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PySpark.
- Algorithms & Statistics: Solid understanding of ML algorithms (XGBoost, SVM) and statistical modeling.
- Data Skills: Experience with large-scale datasets, feature engineering, and deploying models into production.
- Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
