Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Data Analyst / Customer Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake. The candidate will drive customer data insights, data quality monitoring, CRM performance analysis, and customer intelligence initiatives across EMEA.

The role requires close collaboration with CRM, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Data Engineering teams to ensure customer data accuracy, improve audience segmentation, measure campaign effectiveness, and deliver actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Salesforce Data Cloud (D360): Monitor and validate data quality, identity resolution, customer attributes, audience segmentation, and unified customer profiles.
- Investigate discrepancies in customer counts, audience composition, profile unification, and reporting; coordinate with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to resolve issues.
- CRM & Customer Analytics: Analyse customer behaviour, lifecycle, engagement, retention, purchase patterns, and customer value to identify business opportunities.
- Evaluate CRM campaign and customer journey performance, including segmentation effectiveness, engagement, and conversion trends.
- Adobe Analytics: Analyse website and digital customer behaviour, identify conversion improvement opportunities, and connect digital interactions with CRM engagement and revenue outcomes.
- Reporting & Visualisation: Develop, maintain,



and optimise Tableau dashboards and automated reports for CRM, Marketing, Product, and E-commerce stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to analyse customer data, validate datasets, investigate data discrepancies, and generate actionable insights from Snowflake and other data warehouses.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with CRM, E-commerce, Digital, Product, Commercial, and Data Engineering teams to translate technical findings into business-friendly recommendations.
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy of customer data and reporting across platforms.
- Present insights through data-driven storytelling to support business decisions and improve customer experience.

Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of relevant experience in CRM analytics, customer intelligence, marketing analytics, or data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, profile unification, audience segmentation, and data quality validation.
- Experience analysing digital customer journeys, marketing campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
- Ability to build insightful dashboards and communicate complex data findings to business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across EMEA and the specified shift timings.
