Role & responsibilities

- Independently oversee residential villas, independent houses, and commercial building construction projects.

- Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.

- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.

- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, contractor measurements, and running bills.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.

- Monitor daily construction progress, manpower allocation, and material consumption.

- Plan construction schedules and ensure adherence to project deadlines.

- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.

- Identify technical issues and resolve site execution challenges.

- Maintain site reports, measurement books, material reconciliation, and project documentation.





- Coordinate material requirements and procurement with the management team.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience in Hyderabad's residential construction industry.

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential or commercial building construction experience.

- Robust knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, BOQs, estimation, and billing.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Experience handling G+2, G+3, and villa construction projects preferred.

- Ability to independently supervise multiple construction sites.

- Excellent leadership, contractor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
