Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales of our software solutions, including School ERP, College ERP and Learning Management System (LMS). The candidate will be responsible for field visits, client acquisition, product demonstrations, relationship management and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions and coaching centres to generate business opportunities.
- Identify and approach Principals, Correspondents, Directors, Administrators and decision-makers.
- Present and promote the company's ERP, LMS and other software solutions.
- Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations and follow-up appointments.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits,



referrals, networking and market research.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with prospective clients to close deals.
- Maintain a database of leads, customer interactions, meetings and sales pipelines.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and develop referral networks.
- Monitor competitor offerings and identify recent business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting and sales targets.
- Submit daily field visit reports and weekly business development updates.

Required Qualifications
- Any degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in software solutions, ERP, SaaS or educational technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and field visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel and sales reporting
