- Approximately 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction billing, quantity surveying, or precast project commercial operations.
- Experience in precast concrete manufacturing and supply projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, client billing, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Prepare client bills for precast columns, beams, walls, Hollow Core Slabs (HCS), and other precast elements.
- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, RA bills, and final bills.
- Verify quantities manufactured, dispatched, supplied, and installed at client sites.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, production, dispatch, and site engineers.
- Handle project-wise billing, quantity reconciliation, variations, and extra-item claims.
- Monitor client payments, outstanding bills, and billing documentation.
- Prepare project-wise cost and commercial reports.
