Role Summary Lead the design and implementation of enterprise workflow automation using Camunda . Define BPM architecture, enable scalable process orchestration,



and integrate workflows with enterprise and cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design BPM architecture using BPMN/DMN with Camunda.
- Lead Camunda setup, configuration, and workflow deployment.
- Integrate Camunda with microservices, REST APIs, and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Deploy on Kubernetes/OpenShift or cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) with CI/CD alignment.
- Establish governance, security, monitoring, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and guide teams on BPM best practices.

Required Skills

- Camunda 7/8, BPMN, DMN
- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Microservices & event-driven architecture
- Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
- CI/CD and database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

Qualifications

- 12-15 years in BPM / Workflow architecture
- Engineering degree; Camunda certification is a plus
