We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead architectural design and planning for high-rise, premium and ultra-luxury residential projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning from concept development through project execution.
- Drive design development, space planning, working drawings and Valuable for Construction (GFC) documentation.
- Assess project feasibility in line with applicable development regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with architectural consultants, liaison teams, government authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Manage statutory and municipal approvals, permits and clearances.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications and design intent.
- Provide technical guidance to project and site teams and resolve design-related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Arch.
from a recognised institution.
- Experience: 12- 18 years of relevant experience with real estate developers or architectural firms.
- Strong experience in architectural design, project feasibility and statutory approvals.
- Proven exposure to high-rise, premium and ultra-luxury residential developments in the MMR region.
- Strong understanding of FSI, development regulations, building codes and municipal approvals.
- Excellent consultant, stakeholder and site coordination skills.
Preferred Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
