Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.

- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and customer service to resolve complex billing discrepancies.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.

- Robust knowledge of medical billing processes, including denial management and revenue cycle management (RCM).

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
