Role & responsibilities

- Develop 2D architectural plans, 3D models, elevations, and presentation drawings.

- Prepare complete working drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, staircases, centerline layouts, and slab details.

- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP requirements.

- Design independent houses, luxury villas, apartments, and commercial spaces.

- Understand client requirements and develop practical, aesthetically appealing design solutions.

- Prepare architectural material specifications, quantity inputs, and design documentation to support BOQs and quotations.

- Coordinate with structural engineers, site engineers, contractors, and clients.





- Conduct site visits and ensure architectural work is executed according to approved drawings.

- Manage drawing revisions, design approvals, and project deadlines.

- Provide design guidance to junior architects and draftsmen.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Arch from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.

- Experience independently handling residential and commercial projects.

- Strong portfolio of completed architectural work.
