We are looking for a Senior Android Developer with strong expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in up-to-date Android development practices and the ability to contribute to high-quality, scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Android application development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of Android architecture components (MVVM, LiveData, ViewModel).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDK integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Coroutines & Flow.
- Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (Hilt/Dagger).
