Education and Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute
- 3 7 years of relevant experience in:
- Infrastructure / EPC / Construction projects

- Project management consulting (PMC)





- Quantity surveying

- Project controls
- Working knowledge of SAP systems preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential

Key Responsibilities

- Execute audit and risk advisory assignments for infrastructure and construction clients
- Review project lifecycle controls across planning, procurement, execution, billing, and close-out stages
- Assess project governance frameworks, SOP compliance, and operational effectiveness

- Evaluate

- BOQs and quantity certifications

- Contractor billing and reconciliation
- Change orders and variation management
- Material consumption and wastage controls

- Procurement and subcontracting processes
- Project scheduling and delay analysis
- Conduct site visits and physical verification of project progress and controls
- Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, cost overruns, and revenue leakage risks
- Interact with client stakeholders including project teams, procurement, finance, and leadership
