Role Description The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager is a full time remote role responsible for leading and expanding Kheewa’s affiliate marketing initiatives to support growth for MSME clients. This role involves developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies, identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, and optimizing existing affiliate programs for performance and ROI. The individual will manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, track and analyze campaign metrics, and prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.

Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams on promotional campaigns, negotiating partner terms,



ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and continuously testing new approaches to improve conversion and revenue.

The Senior Affiliate Marketing

Manager will also contribute to process improvements, tools selection, and best practices to scale affiliate operations efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Affiliate Marketing and Affiliate Management, including experience designing, launching, and optimizing affiliate programs.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Solid Marketing and Sales skills, with a track record of driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance-based channels.
- Experience working with analytics tools and dashboards to monitor KPIs, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead role in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally within consulting or B2B environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and program compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
