Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and MIS reporting, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and expense reports.

- Monitor vendor payments, outstanding balances, and customer collections.

- Perform ledger scrutiny and resolve accounting discrepancies.

- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.

- Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, and audit-related activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors.

- Ensure accurate financial records and timely submission of reports to management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.

- Advanced or good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and MIS reports.

- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, food service, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

- Candidates with strong Excel and MIS reporting skills will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
