Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, GST compliance, TDS, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing statutory compliance, preparing balance sheets, handling invoicing and billing, and coordinating internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Handle annual GST return filing, including GSTR-9 and reconciliation statement GSTR-9C, wherever applicable.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, returns, and TDS reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
- Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) with books of accounts and GST portal records.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Handle invoice preparation, billing, purchase entries, sales entries, and expense accounting.
- Manage taxation-related activities and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Coordinate and assist with internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
- Verify accounting vouchers, journal entries, ledgers,



and supporting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting and reconciliation issues.
- Maintain proper documentation for tax filings and audit purposes.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Practical experience in GST return filing and GSTR-9/9C reconciliation.
- Expertise in bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and TDS reconciliation.
- Knowledge of balance sheet preparation and financial reporting.
- Experience in invoicing, billing, and general accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Positive analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet statutory deadlines and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or a relevant accounting qualification.
- 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS, taxation, and audit-related work.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance.
