Job Summary

Bluebox Architects is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 9+ years of experience to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, and project-related financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and voucher posting in Tally.
- Prepare and verify proforma invoices, tax invoices, and project-wise billing statements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding client payments.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliation.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and related statutory filings.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage payroll processing, salary calculations, and statutory deductions.
- Verify vendor invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
- Monitor project-wise billing, consultant fees, and site-related payments.
- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and outstanding payment reports.




- Ensure timely completion of statutory payments, filings, and financial closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and receivable management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or consultancy firms.
- Knowledge of project-based accounting, professional service billing, and vendor payment management.
