JD The Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts is responsible for leading the organization's finance and accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, financial reporting accuracy, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning. The role partners with senior leadership to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.  Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.  Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.  Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.  Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and address audit observations.  Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.



 Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.  Support business decisions through financial analysis, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.  Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.  Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.  Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports to management.  Drive process improvements and ERP implementation or optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

 CMA, MBA (Finance), or Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com).

 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

 Solid knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting, and audit practices.

 Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally Prime.

 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
