We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) to manage accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting, GST & TDS compliance, accounts finalization, bookkeeping, auditing and financial reporting. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure accuracy while meeting statutory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting activities from journal entries to finalization of books of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including vendor payments and customer collections.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements and payroll-related accounting.
- Prepare and review Cash Flow Statements, MIS Reports and Expense Reports to support business decision-making.
- Perform monthly and annual accounts finalization and prepare financial statements.
- Manage GST and TDS calculations, payments, return filing and statutory compliance.




- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and assist with tax assessments and notices.
- Support internal, statutory and tax audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations and required documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Guide and review the work of junior accountants or accounting associates.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Semi-Qualified CA
- Experience: 5–10 years in accounting, taxation and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Spectrum and Winman software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tax Audit and Financial Accounting.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details

- Location: Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
