Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Visualizer with 3–7 years of experience, preferably in the event management industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, realistic renders, and detailed event concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, award ceremonies, brand activations, product launches, and social events.

The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, a good understanding of event production, and the ability to transform creative briefs into impressive 3D designs and client-ready presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D designs and realistic renders for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, award shows, product launches, and brand activations.
- Develop 3D stage designs, set designs, exhibition stalls, venue layouts, entrance arches, registration areas, and event environments.
- Convert 2D concepts, sketches, mood boards, and client briefs into detailed 3D visualizations.
- Prepare realistic renders, camera views, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for client pitches and approvals.
- Design stage backdrops, LED screen placements, trussing, lighting concepts, branding elements, and decorative structures.
- Coordinate with Art Directors, 2D Designers, Client Servicing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Understand venue dimensions, space planning, material specifications, and fabrication requirements.
- Ensure that 3D designs are practical, technically feasible, and aligned with production budgets.
- Make revisions based on client feedback and internal creative direction.
- Prepare detailed design files, dimensions, layouts, and references for the production and fabrication teams.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in event design, experiential marketing, lighting, materials, and 3D visualization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in the event management, exhibition, or experiential marketing industry.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar 3D software.
- Experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentation enhancement.
- Strong understanding of lighting, textures, materials, camera angles, composition, and realistic rendering.
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and technical layouts.
- Knowledge of stage fabrication, exhibition structures, event setups, and production feasibility.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing event stages, exhibition stalls, set designs, and realistic 3D renders is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in established event management, exhibition, set design, or experiential marketing companies.
- Experience creating large-scale stage designs, exhibition stalls, corporate event setups, and branded environments.
- Ability to independently handle projects from initial concept to final visualization.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to work closely with creative and production teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹96,000.00 per month
