Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing key client accounts, managing day-to-day communication, and ensuring timely delivery of services in accounts, tax, finance, legal, and international business domains.

The Senior Account

Manager will review financial statements, coordinate tax filings, monitor compliance deadlines, and support real estate and cross-border transaction advisory work. The role includes supervising junior team members, allocating workloads, and maintaining high-quality documentation and reporting standards.

Manager will also identify opportunities to expand client relationships, prepare proposals,



and collaborate with internal specialists to address complex client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex portfolios.
- Experience in legal and regulatory compliance relevant to business operations, including documentation review and coordination with legal advisors.
- Knowledge of international business affairs, including cross-border transactions, foreign exchange regulations, and global business practices.
- Exposure to real estate matters, such as transaction structuring, due diligence support, and financial evaluation of property-related deals.
- Proficiency in standard accounting and office software (e.g., ERP/accounting systems, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build long-term relationships.
- Proven capability to lead a team, delegate tasks, mentor junior staff, and maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Relevant professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or an equivalent degree; prior experience in consulting or professional services is preferred.
