We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to manage student enquiries, guide students in course selection, drive admissions, and support the counselling team in achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Convert prospective students into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Manage and monitor student enquiry databases and follow-up records.
- Guide, train, and support junior counsellors.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Maintain skilled relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic counselling or admissions.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership, follow-up, and target-achievement abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/database management skills.
