About Chainskart

Chainskart is a growing jewellery business based in Mumbai, engaged in gold jewellery and chain manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Security & Facility Supervisor to manage overall factory security, CCTV monitoring, guard supervision, patrolling and facility discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall security operations across the factory premises.
- Monitor and supervise the CCTV control room, ensuring proper camera coverage and timely review of suspicious activities.
- Supervise all security guards, allocate duties and ensure discipline, punctuality and proper shift handovers.
- Conduct regular and surprise patrols throughout the factory and verify that all assigned rounds are completed.
- Maintain strict control over employee entry/exit, visitors, contractors and vehicle movement.
- Ensure proper security checks and authorised movement of gold, jewellery, raw materials, finished goods and other valuable items.
- Maintain daily security reports, visitor registers, patrol logs, incident reports and guard attendance records.
- Ensure proper management of guard breaks, lunch schedules, overtime and duty rosters.
- Identify security gaps, report incidents immediately and take corrective action with management approval.
- Coordinate with HR, production,



stores and management regarding security-related matters.
- Monitor general facility discipline and report fire safety risks, emergency issues and suspicious activities.
- Ensure guards follow company security procedures and conduct regular briefings and training.

Eligibility & Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in security operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial facilities.
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing a team of security guards.
- Experience in jewellery, gold, diamond, bullion or other high-value manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance, access control and incident handling.
- Good leadership, communication, observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline, enforce procedures and take responsibility for security operations.
- Basic computer knowledge for reports, Excel records and CCTV documentation.
- Ex-servicemen with relevant industrial security experience may also apply.
