We are currently looking for 150 disciplined and vigilant individuals to join our team in Delhi NCR. You will serve as the first line of defense for our clients, playing a critical role in maintaining safety, order, and integrity across their premises.
Your Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for creating a secure environment through proactive monitoring and skilled conduct.
Your daily duties will include:
- Access Control: Managing entry and exit points by verifying the credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Surveillance &
- Patrol: Conducting regular patrols of the assigned property to monitor for unauthorized activity and maintaining a constant, visible security presence.
- Visitor Management: Overseeing visitor logs, issuing entry passes, and ensuring site procedures are strictly followed by guests.
- Incident Reporting &
- Emergency Response: Acting as a primary point of contact during emergencies—including fire, medical incidents,
or site evacuations—and documenting all relevant details for management.
- Documentation &
- Compliance: Maintaining detailed security logs and shift reports while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and personal grooming standards.
Requirements for Success We are seeking professionals who take pride in their work and maintain high levels of discipline. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum 10th pass.
- Physical Standards: A minimum height of 5 feet 8 inches is required.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant security experience.
