We at Coforge are seeking a “ Security Administrator" with experience in managing enterprise security infrastructure, particularly next-generation firewalls such as Palo Alto and Fortinet FortiGate . The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, administering, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with security policies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls .
- Implement and manage firewall policies, security rules, NAT, VPNs, and access control mechanisms.
- Monitor security events, logs, alerts, and network traffic to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Perform firewall health checks, firmware upgrades, patch management,



and configuration backups.
- Manage and support IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, and Remote Access VPN solutions.
- Configure and maintain security features including IPS/IDS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Application Control, URL Filtering, and Intrusion Prevention .
- Analyze and investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation activities.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement network segmentation, security hardening, and access control standards.
- Support security audits, compliance activities, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with network, system, and application teams to enhance overall security posture.
- Maintain security policies, SOPs, asset inventories, and operational documentation.
- Provide support for incident management, change management, and security-related escalations.
