We are looking for a responsible and experienced Seafood Supervisor to manage daily seafood operations and ensure product quality, freshness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily seafood receiving, sorting, grading, processing, and packing activities.

- Inspect seafood quality, freshness, size, appearance, and temperature.

- Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products.

- Monitor chilling, freezing, storage, and cold-chain maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and food safety procedures.

- Monitor staff performance and ensure proper handling practices.

- Maintain QC records, inspection reports, temperature logs, and traceability documents.

- Check stock rotation (FIFO), inventory, and product wastage.

- Identify quality issues,



report non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with production, packing, and dispatch teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum: Plus Two / Higher Secondary.

- Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Seafood Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or Food Science.

- Knowledge of HACCP, seafood quality control, and food safety standards is an added advantage.

- Experience in seafood processing, quality control, or fish handling preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
