Rust and Node.js to build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to design and develop reliable APIs and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using Rust and Node.js
- Build and maintain RESTful and WebSocket APIs
- Work on scalable and high-performance systems
- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for seamless integration
- Optimize application performance, latency, and reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Node.js and basic to intermediate knowledge of Rust (or willingness to learn)
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Familiarity with databases like MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Knowledge of Git and version control practices
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems
- Basic understanding of Docker is a plus
- BE/BTech in Computer Science / IT
Good to Have
- Experience with WebSockets / real-time systems
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Redis or caching mechanisms
- Knowledge of system design fundamentals
