Job Summary

We are looking for an SCM Executive to manage and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for our client.

The candidate will be based at our Chembur office and will occasionally visit the client location in BKC for meetings, training, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, customs/CHA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Track shipment movement and provide timely status updates.
- Coordinate customs clearance and resolve documentation or operational issues.
- Verify and maintain shipment documents including BL/AWB, BOE, Shipping Bill, invoices, packing lists, Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, etc.
- Coordinate with transporters for cargo pickup and delivery.
- Follow up on pending shipments, documentation, clearance, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain shipment trackers, MIS, and operational records.




- Coordinate with the client's team to understand and fulfil daily logistics requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of shipment information and documentation.
- Attend client meetings and training sessions at BKC whenever required.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, CHA, import-export, logistics, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs clearance processes.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and work within timelines.
