Job Summary
10+ years of experience on Monitoring Tools & AIOps with hands on experience preferably on ScienceLogic tool for more than 3 years Lead the implementation of proposed tools (for respective customers) in collaboration with respective practices. Working knowledge on monitoring and ITIL best practices.
Experience and understanding of customers' business and technical processes, procedures and run books to identify opportunities for automation.
Team Management involves team building, training, certification, operations, and support. Able to create High Level Design Documents, ARS, SOW, implementation documentation. Experience developing solutions and conceptual and logical system design for integrations and automation.
