We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Wellness Counsellor to join our team at Crimson World School Agra. As a School Wellness Counsellor, you will provide individual and group counseling services to students, promoting their emotional, social, and academic well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal, social, and academic counseling to students, addressing mental health, socio-emotional challenges, and academic difficulties
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and counseling programs tailored to students' needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to identify students requiring support and create intervention plans
- Conduct workshops and seminars on mental health, stress management, and life skills
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress
- Foster a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting mental well-being and resilience




- Act as a liaison between students, parents, and external mental health resources

Qualifications:

- MA in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) membership or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in counseling, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, mental health issues, and counseling techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
