- Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and student performance.
- Manage teachers, staff, recruitment, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure student discipline, safety, and well-being.
- Supervise daily school operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and school management.
- Ensure compliance with education board guidelines and school policies.
- Promote extracurricular activities and continuous improvement in teaching standards.
Qualifications: Master's degree with B.Ed. or equivalent, as applicable. Experience: Preferably 8–10 years in teaching, including 3–5 years in a leadership role, subject to applicable recruitment requirements.
