Role & responsibilities

Must Have

- Design, plan, manage, maintain, and support SAS Grid Infrastructure.

- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch SAS environments.

- Manage user security, roles, and access controls.

- Perform deployment, maintenance, and administration of SAS platforms.

- Validate environments after OS patching and infrastructure changes.

- Coordinate with SAS Institute for security updates and hotfixes.

- Automate administration activities using Terraform and Ansible.

- Provide technical leadership and promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

- Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.

- Support analytical platforms and integration with reporting tools.

- Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call activities.

Valuable to Have

- SAS Grid Installation and Migration experience.

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).





- Knowledge of Cognos, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.

- Strong Linux/Unix scripting skills.

- Performance tuning and optimization.

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Experience with DevOps and automation frameworks.
