Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with 4–8 years of experience and exposure to multiple SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, enhancement, support, or rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Work across multiple modules, such as Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation, Succession & Development, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.
- Support data migration, integrations, and data validation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical teams, and project managers.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and test scenarios.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.

Required Skills




- 4–8 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience working with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, or application support.
- Positive understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors functionality.
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integrations and Integration Center is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more relevant modules.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or rollout projects.
- Exposure to SAP CPI / Integration Suite is an added advantage.
