Role Description This is a full time, on-site SAP SD role based in Guwahati. The SAP SD professional will configure and support Sales and Distribution processes, including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, and delivery management.

Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, mapping them to SAP SD solutions, preparing functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams for development and enhancements. The role involves monitoring master data and transactional data, resolving incidents,



performing system testing, and supporting end users with training and documentation. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams such as SAP FICO and other modules to ensure integrated, efficient business processes and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with practical experience in sales and distribution workflows.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for requirement analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Consulting capabilities, including stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD, and ability to collaborate with SAP FICO for integrated financial and sales processes.
- Knowledge of Master Data management related to customers, materials, and pricing within SAP environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in SAP implementation or support projects, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.
