Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for SAP SD-related business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
- Configure and maintain SAP SD modules including:
- Customer Master
- Sales Orders
- Deliveries
- Billing
- Pricing
- Credit Management
- Output Determination
- Route Determination
- Shipping Processes

Retail & Omnichannel Operations

- Support retail, wholesale, marketplace, franchise, and omnichannel business processes.
- Manage SAP order allocation and distribution processes.
- Support stock availability, ATP, replenishment, and store distribution workflows.
- Work closely with business teams on seasonal planning, store allocation, and inventory distribution requirements.
- Participate in omnichannel initiatives such as BOPIS, Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, and Marketplace integrations.

Project Implementation & Enhancements

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and migration projects.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and test scenarios.




- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Integration Management

- Work closely with:
- SAP MM
- SAP FI/CO
- SAP CAR
- SAP EWM/WM
- SAP Retail
- E-commerce platforms
- Third-party logistics providers

Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with business users to understand operational challenges and propose process improvements.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support activities.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and project status to business and IT leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Ability to create functional specifications for ABAP developments.
- Knowledge of:

- APIs
- SAP Integration technologies
- Working knowledge of SAP debugging is preferred.

Project & Documentation Skills

- Requirement gathering
- BRD preparation
- UAT management
- Process mapping

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- SAP SD Certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Exposure to SAP Retail and SAP CAR will be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting omnichannel and marketplace business models is preferred.
