Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in testing SAP Finance applications and healthcare financial workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP FI, claims/payment operations, financial postings, reconciliation, integrations, and QA/test automation , along with exposure to healthcare revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across SAP Finance and healthcare financial workflows .
- Validate SAP FI modules , including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting .
- Test financial transactions covering debits/credits, claims payments, denials, adjustments, reconciliation, and balancing .
- Validate provider payment, payment processing, and disbursement workflows .
- Perform testing of Facets Claims and its integration with SAP/financial systems.
- Test ECC integrations and downstream/upstream financial interfaces.
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, defect reports, and regression suites.
- Track test execution and defects using Azure DevOps (ADO) .
- Contribute to test automation and improve regression testing efficiency.
- Validate financial controls, data accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with business, finance, development, and integration teams to resolve defects and production issues.





Required Skills

- 4+ years of QA/testing experience , preferably with SAP Finance and healthcare applications.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI , including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting .
- Positive understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations and Claims Cycle Operations .
- Experience with Healthcare Finance & Accounting and Provider Payment Operations .
- Strong understanding of financial postings, debits/credits, claims payments, denials, and adjustments .
- Experience with reconciliation, balancing, treasury processes, and financial controls .
- Experience testing ECC integrations and payment/disbursement systems.
- Experience with ADO , defect management, and test execution.
- Exposure to test automation and reporting/data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and operational support skills.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Experience with SAP Finance FS-CD, FICA, or other SAP subledger solutions .
- Experience with Facets Claims .
- Healthcare payer/claims and provider payment domain experience.
- Experience testing complex finance-to-claims integrations.

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Work Mode: Hybrid
