Key Responsibilities

Lead and configure SAP P2P processes, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Vendor Management.

Work extensively on SAP AFS / Fashion Management functionalities.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system/process solutions.

Support integration of P2P processes with FI, SD and WM.

Handle fashion-specific processes involving style, color, size, seasons and collections.

Perform configuration, testing, enhancements, troubleshooting and go-live support.

Support data migration and user acceptance testing.

Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Mandatory Skills

4–5 years of hands-on SAP MM / P2P experience.





Robust experience in SAP AFS and/or SAP Fashion Management.

Prior experience in the Fashion/Apparel industry.

Good understanding of the complete Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.

Experience with style, color, size, season and collection management.

Vendor master data, purchasing info records and contract management.

Strong SAP configuration, testing and support experience.

Integration knowledge with SAP FI, SD and WM.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Good to Have

End-to-end SAP AFS/Fashion implementation experience.

SAP MM/P2P or AFS/Fashion certification.

Experience with S/4HANA transformation projects in the Fashion & Apparel sector.

Strong stakeholder management, documentation and training capabilities.
