Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong architecture, development, integration, and Generative AI expertise to deliver AI-driven ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will lead end-to-end delivery, introduce AI-powered capabilities into ServiceNow workflows, establish governance standards, and drive innovation across enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions.
- Define architecture standards, security controls, governance, and observability for AI-enabled features.
- Lead client discovery workshops, identify business requirements, and develop AI adoption roadmaps.
- Implement advanced Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities within ServiceNow workflows.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
- Implement and enhance Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Now Assist capabilities.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Work with vector search,



AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS, or GCP.
- Develop secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth, and SAML.
- Ensure Responsible AI practices, data privacy, compliance, and risk management.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while ensuring delivery quality and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
- Knowledge of Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Now Assist configuration.
- Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
- Understanding of agentic AI patterns, RAG, and vector search.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and team leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS AI services, or Google Cloud AI.
- Enterprise AI governance, observability, and compliance.
- Agile delivery, architecture design, and technical team mentoring.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and digital transformation.
