- MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 business school (Preferred, not mandatory).
- B. E/ B.Tech from premier institute.
- At least two full cycles implementation experience in PLM involving multiple systems in areas of PLM, BOM, ECM, MDM & Digital thread space.
- Experienced in SAP PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations
- Knowledge and exposure to advanced PLM technologies
- Well-versed with SAP PLM Modules and Capabilities across multiple industries
- Good understanding of SAP PLM and Data Management Processes
- Familiar working with Multi Level and Integrated Bill of Materials
- Awareness about best practices in SAP PLM
- Strong project management skills
- Valuable understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management and Digital Twin/Thread areas
- Good understanding of integrating PLM with cloud skills (Azure, AWS) preferred
