Required Skills:
- Robust SAP HCM Non-Payroll experience.
- Hands-on expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, ESS/MSS.
- Knowledge of HR master data, org structures, actions, and personnel processes.
- Strong AMS/production support and ticket-handling experience.
- Ability to provide configuration-based solutions.
- Experience in functional specifications, interfaces, workflows, reports, and authorizations.
- Good understanding of SLA-driven support and stakeholder management.
