Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM Time Management solutions for clients across various industries.

- Provide expert-level support to customers on SAP Time Management modules such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and leave management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP HCM Time Management tools.

- Troubleshoot issues related to time management systems and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM Time Management solutions.

- Robust knowledge of SAP Time Management modules including scheduling, attendance tracking, and leave management.

- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

- Punctuality is essential; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
