Must-Have

1. Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) solutions for manufacturing operations.
2. Configure and support Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Global Label Management, Waste Management, Incident Management, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management processes.
3. Maintain and govern EHS master data including specifications, substances, compositions, properties, phrases, identifiers, value-assignment types, agents, waste codes, and regulatory data.
4. Support Safety Data Sheet creation and distribution, report generation, report shipping, material-to-specification assignment, and regulatory content updates.
5. Configure and troubleshoot dangerous-goods checks, dangerous-goods master data, transport regulations, packaging requirements, and integration with sales and logistics documents.
6. Support incident recording, investigation, risk assessment, corrective and preventive actions, occupational-health protocols, exposure management, and compliance reporting.
7. Ensure effective integration of SAP EHS with MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, DMS, logistics, product compliance, and relevant third-party regulatory-content or laboratory systems.
8. Provide production support by analyzing and resolving incidents, service requests, report-generation failures, data-quality issues, interface errors,



and recurring EHS process problems within agreed SLAs.
9. Collaborate with EHS, product stewardship, regulatory affairs, plant safety, manufacturing, logistics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize product compliance, substance management, safety-data-sheet, dangerous-goods, incident, waste, and occupational-health processes.
11. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP, Basis, integration, security, data, and other functional teams for developments, reports, workflows, interfaces, and enhancements.
12. Perform configuration, master-data validation, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, defect resolution, UAT support, cutover, go-live, hypercare, rollouts, and enhancements.

2. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance, SAP EHS Management, Fiori, Regulatory Content Service, Product Marketability and Compliance, and sustainability solutions.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Provide Production support for SAP EHS incidents, service requests, report failures, data-quality issues, interface errors, and recurring compliance-process issues.

2 Work on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance improvement, and optimization of product safety, dangerous goods, incident, waste, and occupational-health processes.

3 Prepare Functional specifications, solution documents, configuration documents, compliance documents, and test cases.

4 Perform unit testing, configuration changes, master-data validation, defect resolution, regression testing, and support UAT.

5 Perform checks and co-ordination with EHS, product stewardship, regulatory affairs, plant safety, manufacturing, logistics, technical teams, and stakeholders.

6 Work with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, DMS, Basis, integration, and security teams to ensure effective end-to-end EHS and compliance processes.

7 Ensure quality and timely completion of own support and project deliverables.

8 Cooperate with other teams to ensure consistent solution implementation, agree on interfaces and compliance dependencies, and coordinate cross-team deliveries.

9 Write or update process, configuration, compliance, support, and user documentation in accordance with company processes.

10 Suggest improvements to SAP EHS solutions and ways of working, and implement them in alignment with the team and stakeholders.
