Role Description This full-time, on-site role for SAP & Digital Experts is based in Bengaluru South. The position involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP modules, with a focus on financials, core processes, and system administration.

Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, mapping them to SAP functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration between SAP and other digital platforms. The role also includes monitoring system performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. SAP & Digital Experts will collaborate closely with stakeholders to document solutions,



provide user training, and maintain high-quality standards in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, evaluate data, and recommend effective SAP and digital solutions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in SAP FICO and Business Process understanding to design, configure, and optimize finance-related workflows aligned with organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess skills in SAP Basis to manage system administration, performance, security, and technical support across SAP environments.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to connect SAP systems with other applications, ensure data consistency, and support end-to-end process flows.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Beneficial experience includes prior work on SAP implementation or support projects, familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, and knowledge of industry best practices.
- Additional strengths such as explicit communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru South are highly valued.
