Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Payment Factory, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing, and In-House Bank (IHB) solutions.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Central Finance solutions within SAP S/4HANA landscapes, ensuring seamless financial data replication, centralized payment processing, and integration with banking systems.

Candidates must have practical implementation experience in Payment Factory, EBS, and IHB. General SAP FI/CO or Central Finance experience without these specialized skills will not be sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Central Finance solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Lead or contribute to Payment Factory implementations using SAP Central Finance and Central Payment capabilities.
- Configure and support centralized vendor and customer payment processes.
- Implement and support Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing, including electronic bank statement ingestion, interpretation, posting rules, and reconciliation.
- Configure and support In-House Bank (IHB) functionality and related banking operations.
- Work on bank account management, payment processing, cash management, and treasury-related integrations.
- Monitor financial data replication between source systems and the Central Finance target system.
- Troubleshoot replication errors, mapping issues, reconciliation discrepancies, and Application Interface Framework (AIF) errors.
- Work with SAP FI, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and banking processes.
- Collaborate with finance, treasury, banking,



and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.

Mandatory Skills and Experience
- 5–10 years of SAP Finance experience, including substantial hands-on SAP Central Finance exposure.
- Practical implementation experience in Payment Factory through SAP Central Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing and electronic bank statement ingestion.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting In-House Bank (IHB).
- Good understanding of Central Payment, centralized clearing, and payment processing.
- Robust knowledge of SAP FI, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and banking operations.
- Experience with CFIN financial data replication, reconciliation, mapping, and error resolution.
- Working knowledge of AIF monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or support projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Bank Communication Management (BCM), Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), or banking interfaces.
- Exposure to SAP Cash Management and Treasury processes.
- Experience with multiple source systems integrated with Central Finance.
- Experience in full-lifecycle implementations, global rollouts, or complex finance transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal CandidateA hands-on SAP Finance consultant who has implemented or configured Payment Factory, EBS, and IHB, understands Central Payment and CFIN replication, and can independently troubleshoot functional and integration issues. Note: All three specialized areas—Payment Factory, EBS, and IHB—are critical requirements for this position. Candidates with only general SAP FI/CO or CFIN support experience may not be suitable.
