We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in S/4HANA ABAP development and modern SAP technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable SAP solutions while providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance custom SAP solutions including RICEFW objects.
- Lead and mentor ABAP developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ABAP-related issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and patching activities by adapting or redeveloping custom objects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams and ensure timely project execution.
- Drive adoption of SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and no-code/low-code approaches where applicable.

Required Skills





- Solid hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development on S/4HANA.
- Expertise in developing various RICEFW objects.
- Experience with modern SAP technologies including:

- CDS Views

- OData Services

- SAP Fiori
- RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Knowledge of S/4HANA coding standards and SAP architecture.
- Experience integrating SAP applications using OData services.
- Good understanding of Clean Core concepts and extensibility approaches.
- Exposure to major SAP modules including:

- FICO
- MM
- SD
- PP
- QM

- EWM
- Experience managing and collaborating with offshore development teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Proven experience in S/4HANA ABAP, Fiori, CDS Views, OData, and RAP.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and modern SAP extension frameworks is highly desirable.

- Experience with SAP system upgrades and migration projects.
- Understanding of SAP architectural principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable SAP solutions.
