About Current Ajantha Shopping

New Ajantha Shopping is a complete family shop established in 1992. We offer a wide range of products, including gifts, toys, personalised gifts, photo frames, watches, wall clocks, electronics, leather goods, and accessories.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Explain product features, prices, and available offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable gifts and other products.
- Actively promote products and recommend additional items to increase sales.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage billing, packing, and product handovers.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organised.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock arrangement.
- Support daily sales targets and promotional activities.
- Assist with shop operations as required.





Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
- Friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in retail sales, gifts, toys, watches, and accessories.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
