We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and API testing, along with a valuable understanding of Salesforce platform features.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Execute test cases, log defects, and track them through closure.

- Create Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Estimates, and Test Summary Reports.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

- Provide regular status updates and highlight risks or blockers.

Required Skills





- 1-2 years of Salesforce testing experience.

- Hands-on experience with testing in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of SOQL, API Testing, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Data Loader.

- Experience in Integration Testing.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with Jira, Trello or similar defect management tools.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

- Exposure automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.

- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
