About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team supporting enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate will specialize in validating complex, multi-system business flows, ensuring seamless data flows, system integrations, and business processes from initiation to final execution.

This role moves beyond surface-level UI validation to test the full ecosystem—verifying how Salesforce interacts with upstream/downstream enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test strategies that validate complete business processes across Salesforce and integrated upstream/downstream systems.
- Analyze complex business requirements, architectural flow diagrams, and user stories to build cross-system test scenarios.
- Perform end-to-end integration, functional, system, regression, and UAT support across Salesforce Clouds (Media Cloud) and external enterprise platforms.
- Validate data flow integrity,



API payloads, and message queues between Salesforce and external applications (ERP, billing, data warehouses, etc.).
- Test Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom objects, automation, and Salesforce configurations within the context of complete user journeys.
- Identify, document, isolate, and track cross-system defects through resolution in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Active participant in Agile ceremonies, drive test data management, and support release/deployment validations across integrated environments.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Core QA Experience: 6 years of overall QA experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Salesforce E2E and Integration Testing.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds, Data Model, and Security/Sharing rules.
- E2E & System Integration Testing: Proven track record testing end-to-end business workflows that cross multiple non-Salesforce applications.
- API & Data Validation: Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST/SOAP) and SOQL skills for backend data verification and reconciliation.
- Test Deliverables: Proven expertise in writing E2E Test Strategies, Test Plans, End-to-End User Journeys, Defect Reports,



and Execution Summaries.
- Tools & Process: Proficiency with Jira, or similar ALM/Test Management tools within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

- Advanced API validation (Postman, or similar tools) for microservices and middleware integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and custom automation.
- Experience with integration middleware platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Familiarity with Salesforce release management, sandbox strategies, and deployment cycles.
- Experience executing test data preparation strategies across complex, integrated test environments.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to domain workflows such as Media & Entertainment, Digital Subscription, Publishing, or Advertising.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Industry Clouds especially Media Cloud.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) for E2E web and API flows.
