Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Development & Technical Design professional with 512 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, custom development, integrations, and technical architecture while collaborating with business and functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Develop custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, triggers, and approval processes.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide best practice recommendations.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Platform Events.
- Create and maintain technical documentation,



including design specifications and deployment procedures.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Development.
- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules.
- Experience with Salesforce Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Solid debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
