Job Summary

Rostfrei Steels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee (Fresher) to join our sales and business development team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting lead generation, identifying potential customers, promoting industrial and engineering products, and building strong client relationships. This role offers an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to develop their technical sales and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, online research, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers and assist in connecting with decision-makers such as Directors, HODs, and purchase teams.
- Research and approach MEP/Mechanical Consultants, Architects, EPC contractors, and Water Treatment companies.
- Assist in the sales process, from lead generation and client follow-ups to order closure.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations with guidance from senior team members.
- Participate in online and onsite client meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Support the development of channel partners and dealer networks.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Assist in business development, promotional activities, and market research.
- Maintain CRM records, lead databases, and sales reports.
- Learn about company products,



technical specifications, and industry requirements.

Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with an interest in sales, marketing, and business development are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques, cold calling, and client handling.
- Basic knowledge of industrial and engineering products is an advantage.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
