Aspire Solution, a North India–based company with an annual turnover of approximately ₹20 Crore, is expanding its business with Godrej Interio and Godrej Storage Solutions.

As part of our growth plan to achieve ₹50 Crore by 2030, we are looking for a Sales Support Executive to strengthen our growing Godrej business team.

Position: Sales Support Executive

Experience: 0–5 Years

Location: Delhi NCR / Remote

Work-from-home facility available, subject to suitability of the role

Key Responsibilities

- Telecalling prospective customers for lead generation
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular customer communication
- Assist Sales Executives in preparing quotations, offers and commercial proposals
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM
- Track enquiries, follow-ups and sales opportunities
- Coordinate with Sales Executives for enquiry follow-up and order processing
- Prepare and maintain customer databases and sales reports
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely responses
- Provide day-to-day sales support to the Godrej business team

Candidate Profile





- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential
- Working knowledge of CRM / lead-management software
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel
- Well-organised, confident and proactive
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, sales coordination or customer support will be an advantage
