We create premium 3D hand and foot castings for babies, couples, families and pets, framed keepsakes and custom commissions, and we train and certify aspiring entrepreneurs through our skilled casting programme.

We have cast 1,000+ hands and feet, shipped to 50+ cities across India, and are growing through a network of trained associates and franchise partners.

About the role

This is a starting role for someone who wants to build a serious career in sales. You will not be cold calling or dialling random lists. Every person you speak to has already reached out to us through Instagram, WhatsApp, our website or a referral.

Your job is to respond quickly and warmly, understand what each customer is looking for, guide them to the right product, and convert interest into confirmed bookings. You will be trained on our products, our sales process and video-call consultations, and work closely with senior sales team members.

Key responsibilities

- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, website forms and phone.
- Understand each customer's needs: occasion, budget, timeline and type of keepsake.
- Share product details, pricing, catalogues and sample photos clearly and professionally.
- Book consultations and casting appointments,



and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up politely and consistently with customers who have not yet decided.
- Support senior sales executives in video-call consultations and gradually lead your own.
- Suggest relevant add-ons such as premium frames and family packages.
- Update every lead, conversation and outcome in our CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for response time, follow-ups and conversions.

Who we are looking for

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory). BBA, B.Com or MBA students and graduates are welcome.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, front desk or an internship is a plus.

Skills and qualities

- Clear, confident and polite communication in English and Hindi.
- Good written communication for WhatsApp and Instagram chats.
- Pleasant, professional and presentable on phone and video calls.
- Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and basic computer use.
- Eager to learn, coachable and motivated by targets and incentives.
- Organised and reliable with follow-ups.
- Genuine interest in working with families, gifting and emotional, premium products.
